Subject: silly fun
There being no listing for an episode called "Spooks" it is most likely to be 'A Party Comes To Life' from 3/14/52. A skeleton taken from the school figures in Jackie's plan to sabotage Joyce's party. This coincides with Joyce's own plan for an initiation prank, leading to much confusion for skeleton hunters Stu, Willie, and guest star Margaret Hamilton.

I Uploaded this (maybe on another account). It'a a fantastic and very watchable sitcom episode. Much better than that silly trainwreck known as "Windows Vista".

Highly watchable, much recommended, and yes, it features some Black guy in a very small role (no, not an cinnamon roll, or an egg roll, or a bread roll).
